I’M AMRITA THAPAR

I always knew the 9-5, corporate life wasn’t for me. It wasn’t until I overcame my own bouts with mental health, did I realise that helping others was my calling.

Harnessed with a law and business degree, 11+ years of work experience in sales, and riding the FinTech start-up wave; I have first hand experience working (and studying) in high-stress and high-responsbility environments.

My Approach

Coaches focus on the present and the future. How to get you from your current state to your desired state.

I do this but with a psycho-dynamic twist.
