Individual Sessions

You know what you need to change, you just need some guidance. 

Sometimes all you need is to talk to someone who is a complete stranger and doesn’t hold any pre-existing biases about you. Someone who is a trained professional and can be objective. 

These sessions are for two types of people:

1. You know what you’re facing and what you need to overcome, you just need a helping hand to direct you towards the right path. 

2. You want to let it all out. It’s becoming too overwhelming and all you need is to vent and have access to an objective perspective.
